Nestled in the leafy garden suburb of Edge Hill, a short stroll from the Flecker Botanical Gardens, Cairns’ oldest established public gardens, Collins Ave Flowers is quickly gaining a name and reputation for itself in the Cairns flower trade. Collins Ave Flowers is credited as exclusive florist to Fitzroy Island; a tropical paradise located 45 mins off the coast of Cairns, enjoyed by locals, treasured by visitors.
Christopher Thompson and Joseph Palcak are sharing their love for all things “plant and flower†with the locals of Edge Hill, and to the broader community of Cairns. Together they combine to make up the trendy boutique florist shop that is Collins Ave Flowers. Adding to the extravaganza is the constantly growing gift shop. Featuring beautifully packaged and fragrant, imported Italian soaps, scented candles, hand blown vases, designer double glazed vases, and the highest of quality, Clifton umbrellas. Also a fantastic range of pots, plants, baskets and hampers. The most recent addition being the very exciting range of Australian designed,  ‘Pipduck’ wellies. The perfect must have for a wet tropical climate.
